YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TEMPORARY TATTOO LICENSE IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE. I have placed the link on the website (application page.)

You must have this submitted and approved by the Oklahoma State Department of Health at least 30 days before the event, no exceptions. JUST DO IT RIGHT NOW!
