All Booths are $700 - Vendor and Artists. Deposit is $300. Full Payment Due by May 1st, 2026.

Booths Are First Come, First Served.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TEMPORARY TATTOO LICENSE IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE. I have placed the forms and links, below this application. You must have this submitted and approved by the Oklahoma State Department of Health at least 15 days before the event, no exceptions.
